Africa must grow again

Nature and knowledge.

One day an elderly man in Africa was chatting with a young man, he (the elder) asked him, what do you see? I see the houses, the birds and people, answered the young man. The elder insistently asked him again, what do you see young man? The young man replied I see the sun, the light and the trees. The elder asked him, where did they come from? They were created by God, said the young man, and the elder asked him again, how did he created them? The young man said, with his word. Then, the elder asked him again, so what do you see when you look at the nature? The young man replied, I see the word of God.
Therefore, said the elder, the number one lesson in life is, if you want to learn about the word of God you must be in touch with the nature because the nature is the true and unspoiled expression of the thought, word and actions of God. People always change, civilizations emerge grow and disappear, but natural laws that govern the universe and life remain the same since their foundation.
After that, the elderly man took the young man into the forest and asked him, look around you and tell me what you see. The young man after observation he replied, I notice that all the trees are growing upward from the ground. Excellent, replied the old man, lesson number two is, you must grow. Everything grows upward, there is not one tree in the forest that grows toward another tree, and they are all growing, each one in his kind toward the sky. As African people, we have to grow no matter what has happened to us, and our growth should not be a move toward other people, or to become like other people, but we must grow toward the standard of our own values of Ubuntu. Essentially, we have been trying by all means to ‘develop’ and become like the people who enslaved us, and in that process we have become not like them, but we have turned ourselves into little British, little French and little Portuguese. The ancestor John Henrik Clarke once said, whenever a people begin to think that their best way to live is to become like other people, they are making themselves prisoners of people they want to imitate. Whether there is a jail or not, that is not important, because the psychological jail of your mind to depend on others is the cruelest jail ever invented.
Actually, the reason why Africans always want to belong to other people’s institutions and identify themselves with others, is not because of the lack of resources, skills or capabilities, but it is indeed because of two fundamental reasons, one is Africans are afraid to go alone, and second is Africans are disorganized. Mostly, we feel like going alone will be destructive thing to do, and yet it is only being alone that people can manage to discover themselves and challenge themselves and grow as people in charge of their own destiny. In fact, there is not one nation in this world that has emerged through multilateral assistance without their own strong internal locus of control. If life began in Africa, and the Africa is the one who gave civilization and science to the world, it means that we emerged alone, in fact, we lived in palaces before Europeans walked out of their holes, wore shoes and lived in house that had a window.
Also, we prefer to belong to others and to be accompanied by others because African by themselves are the only disorganized and disunited group of people on the earth. Truly speaking, other people have also internal conflicts that can even lead to divisions and wars among themselves. However, when it comes to strategic goals that guarantee the survival of those people, they quickly put their differences aside and come together and work or fight. For example, all the European nations who united in Berlin conference (1884-1885) to divide and exploit Africa were not friends, they had conflicts among themselves, but for the sake of their survival they came together and what they did has been successful for all of them until this day. Africans, we must define our own vision of the world we want, and organize ourselves to achieve it, especially in this time period, our survival and that of our children is in line, we must act collectively or the world will collectively act upon us.
Finally, the elderly man gave another lesson to the young man. He told him, you see that every tree in the forest produces fruits not for itself, but for other people to use them, this is another law of life. Every human being has two major responsibilities to fulfil on daily basis, and those are, learning and teaching. If you think about our lives every day, that is exactly what we are supposed to do, if we cannot do both we must at least do one, we must learn and eager to transfer our knowledge to those following us. In a way, the reason why African states are failing is because many people do not live with a question of what they will live for future generations, they do not care and they wish the world could end with them. This is irresponsible egoistic mindset that many African leaders have, it must all be about themselves or nobody else, and that is the reason why many do not want to leave power even when they have reached the end of their presidential terms.
In conclusion, natural laws are valid and true to all people at all time, and nature is our source of inspirations and knowledge. Our ancestors many years before were able to observe the nature and learn about the stars, about the land and societal organization, today we have more than what they had, but we also have many challenges. However, we have the privilege to say that all our challenges have been well articulated in the vision and the structure of ACUP, we believe that our vision and strategies are compatible within the time and challenges we are confronted with as human family generally, and as Africans in particular. It is time for Africans to unite and rebuild or disunite and perish.
Join the African Continental Unity Party (ACUP) today, and let us rebuild the mother land.

  1. This is very welcome, the eff has a continental agenda as seen by eff parties formed in some countries. Are you in communications with them because we don’t want multiplicity in this agenda to unite Africa we need one powerful force.

  2. We were trained to be selfish and still training our children in schools, we don’t need to be competing but moving together as a group. The white man’s education is an enemy to unity since it’s for competition!

  3. Thanks so much for the knowledge u share for us. But we wish our party is also ready to deal with the corrupted mind and lack of discipline among the youth. Once again thank you

  4. The main thing the European are using against Afrika is money,
They know that the afrika man can do anything for a dollar.
Is only when we stop taking bribe from European then we can work on standing alone as Afrikans

  5. Whoa, what a powerful series of lessons. There is indeed hope for Africa and this article shows that it is not the knowledge and understanding that is lacking. It is the organisation and action and I am so proud to have found this movement. The future belongs to us, no matter what the other people do.

  6. African leaders should start getting involved by law or unlawful in promoting democracy and fighting corruption across Africa.

  7. For is to change Africa we must start with our aging leaders who still have colonized minds then we can make it and we must make sure that all foreign military bases that are here in Africa are disbanded because their main aim is to spy so that we can’t do anything without them knowing about it,they have satellites all over Africa…that is why Bill Gates said they can see where people are going and moving…meaning we are being monitored 24/7 ladies and gentlemen and that can’t be right because that means we are still in slavery

  8. Am happy to be part of the Pan-Americanism group, that fights to make Africa unified and great.United we stand and achieve, divived we fall and conquered, let us stand and resist the western and Asian imperialists.

  9. We as Africans need to stop ourselves in our tracks, endeavour to learn what happened to us, how we were tricked and how we can turn negatives into positive outcomes. History has taught us that there are opportunities for growth and new directions after great upheavals, many European nations dusted the ashes of war to emerge as successful nations, Japan, Korea and others come to mind, not to mention, closer, home, Rwanda. Yes, WE CAN.
Africa is the most blessed continent not only in terms of nature and her covetous natural resources, she’s blessed with intellects like EFF’s Malema, Rwanda’s Paul Kagame, WHO’s Iweala and many others, who, for a start, I suggest call a summit at one of Africa’s illustrious universities to brainstorm a way out for the continent that can be our blueprint.

  10. Powerful writing. Africa must truly come out of its cacoon and enjoy God’s gigantic blessings. I personally don’t believe that we can fail to survive without colonisers. If Africa has nothing to offer why is it that our colonisers are still interested in its affairs? The bad thing is that some if not most of our African leaders have their minds poisoned to the point of going beyond the colonisers way of leadership. They fail to promote good leadership that believes in continuity through others. They want to carry on in perpetuity even when all ideas to lead have been exhausted. Why??? ACUP is the way for sure.

  11. Great article about our motherland
Is about time for AFRICANS to fight for freedom not with the arms, but with unity, love, tolerance, science and technology.

  12. Powerful lessons.
I am happy and grateful for ACUP. I pray for sustainability of the party.
    Only Africans can build Africa.

  13. It makes me feel that there is a hope for future Africa when I see people talking like this. We have to grow our home Africa, make it look beautiful and attractive.

  14. While growing up in Jamaica and learning about the motherland Africa, I believe that the problems Africa face is because they are not feeding themselves totally. All the droughts that Africa face which sometimes lead to starvation can be solved. My solution is that too many large rivers are running to the sea without a reservoir built on them. If Africa has proper water storage and have solar pumps pumping the water through pipes to various parts of the country the problem is solved. Africa has 365 days of sunshine so everything should be run by solar. Once you have all these things in place agriculture will boom and no one can sabotage you when you can feed yourself. WATER CATCHMENT IS KEY. One love.

  15. I am much happy on this if it will not die in the way.we must as a matter of urgency, the youths should rise up and defend AFRICA.
We have all it takes to be the no 1 in the world.

    We must rise up now.

BIAFRA will give us this opportunity.

Our problems is BIAFRA,Biafra as a nation in Africa will lift all problems in Africa.

    The real truth.

  16. The problems we africans are facing are our leaders and the multiparty system of government we are practicing an witch craft. That is the problems we are facing. If we can fight witchcraft which is the strongest among the problems we are facing. it is witchcraft that is impeding the advancement of technology in africa. Because so many talented persons in africa has been kill by witchcraft. The europe fight witchcraft in their domain today they are happy with the victory achieve. Until we arise an tackle or fight this problems we will never see the dawn of the day. Let us not lay blames to europe we are the problems to ourself, until we discover it no way.

  17. African Youth must learn how to stand up and moved forward, African Youth should understand the value of what they are for, this article is a good lesson to learn moving forward, African Youth must learn how to be productive and to create United Africa continent no matter which tribes you come from, Tribelisim, political ambitious, sentimental and non value of Youth as been a distractedly of the African present leadership, misleading information as also confused so many Africa youths, American value there Youth and know what they are responsible for because tomorrow is there, but African must move together in one words, one vision, one missions and one love to been productive, because our responsibility is in two vision, we must learn and we must teach, African Youth arises from slumber and lease come to compromise on Africa continent

  18. Africans all over the world know and are always talking about the need to unite, fight mental slavery and develop African solutions for our problems while holding our political leaders accountable for the use of our resources. Now let’s do it!

    • I’m inspired and willing to be part of this winning party Viva ACUP
The Almighty God bless our ideology.

  19. We need leader who are not selfish.Leader who will not be deceived by money …Leader who their interest are of Africa interest ..Who understand the values Of Africa. who are willing to fight for Africa and they are not Afraid

  20. United we stand divided we fall.
I am so grateful to God for such a platform as this.
It’s time for Africans to rise and shine, it’s time for we Africans to stand up and fight for our human rights, it’s time for every Africans to look within our own continent for a lasting solution.
Africans are great people endowed with so interlectual knowledge yet we are still deluded with ignorance. Our leaders are so full of greed and selfishness that it’s a shame and disgrace to mention how they sold out their own people to morden day slavery. Also look at the way they are BUSY looting the Money from Africa countries to other countries in Europe, Asia, America, Australia and the Caribbeans then afterwards foolishly go back to obtain loans which they service heavily for years. What a shame you loot your country money to other countries and go there to take it as a loan to pay back with interest.. our prayers is that God will deliver Africa from every form of darkness.

  21. We must come together in one voice to rebuild our mothers Land… united we stand divided we fall….

My advice is let all the intellectual put the story straight thank you

    God bless Africa iseeee

  22. This Africa Continent need leader who have vision brave thoughts, the rain started in Africa God have bless us with everything in Africa but because our for fathers they didn’t have a good knowledge of doing things they become slave in their Continent.

As we educated leaders but there are still slaves of white monopoly, that is why white are using them there is no good leader is Africa all of them, as we know the that, I code the truth is simple but the moment you try to explain it become difficult un code. Special South Africa, I code you’ll never find justice where criminals make all the rules un code.

That is why they said in life two things define a person he/she is very patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything, I code people respect the money not the person un code.

  23. These party establiment is not optional it is obligatory for All Africans.
So, I am ready to join these for myself and My childs.

  24. Please tell my children and thier children i took part in reshaping Africa, i spread knowledge through the page i created on facebook (The African Consciousness). Am ready again to join any group that put Africa and thier people first. ✊🏾🖤

  25. 27. My fellow African brothers and sisters of ACUP! Thank you for the wake up call!

The time is now for the African Renassaince. No one will do it for ourselves besides ourselves. I totally agree with the idea of one language(Swahilli), one currency(the Afro), one army, one continental government, one continental economy(trade among African nations should be one of the top priorities), the erradication of western imposed borders that only continue to divide us(just check the South African xenophobia case study it’s ridiculous and embarassing), and also abolish all visas. We as African Youth need to come up with a clear biased free in all scopes”African Manifesto”. And the first revolution could be the mandatory learning of Swahilli at all levels(kindergarten to university). You see, we have many Africas inside the same Africa(Anglophone, Francophone, Lusophone etc.) and until this is erradicated we will never understand each other and be totally free. As we all know language is identity and culture etc. We shouldn’t identify first with western culture and then adapt it to Africa. NO! It should be the other way around, in a sense that, my Malian mid(or whatever)-class brother shouldn’t feel frenchmen inclined first in their cognitive operations of daily decision making and then Malian, and the same goes for Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Cameron etc.

A.C.U.P. is long waited & more than welcome.

    Greetings from Mozambique

    Mansa Mussa IV.

  28. I have been thinking of this for some time now and I see a big challenge we need to find a way around. Those who benefit from our disunity are sophisticated and have spy agencies living among us. The idea is for the greater good. Let’s keep the touch burnng.
